Customer Service Representative
This position will assist the Customer Service Department by answering telephone calls, taking payments from customers and responding to routine questions from the public. This position will also work on technical projects such as updating records in billing software and scanning customer files. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and extensive computer skills and knowledge of office applications such as Word, Excel and utility billing software.
40 hours per week up to 999 hour maximum
Rate of Pay: $16.69 per hour
This position will provide assistance to project managers and inspectors on various engineering tasks. Duties may include developing CAD drawings, writing project specifications, performing engineering calculations, providing permitting assistance, reviewing submittals, collecting and processing field data and supporting construction inspection. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the water and wastewater field; have strong computers skills and strong communication skills. Current enrollment in or completion of a collegiate level Civil Engineering program, or closely related field is required.
20-40 hours per week up to 999 hour maximum
$18.40 - $21.30/hr depending on level of education
