Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Executive Services Manager assists in records management and performs a wide variety of specialized and technical office support. Under the general supervision of Purchasing Agent, assists in purchasing goods and services, and performs a wide variety of specialized and technical office support, analytical, and reporting duties. This position works half-time for the Executive Services Manager and half-time for the Purchasing Agent.

Equipment Used
Personal computer, imaging equipment, copy machine, fax machine, ten-key calculator, bar-coding scanner, and other standard office equipment. May occasionally use forklift.
Working Conditions
Working environment is an office with a desk, computer workstation, and typewriter; located at a wastewater treatment plant (some exposure to chemicals and odors). Secondary working environment includes an office, vehicle area, and inventory storage areas, including an upstairs section; may involve entering other buildings on and off-site; loading and unloading shipments (including chemicals) indoors and outdoors.
