Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the General Manager/Engineer and the Board of Directors, plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and provides management support for the Board of Directors and the Administrative office of the General Manager, supervises the work of support staff including distribution of daily task assignments, and provides support to District’s legal counsel and their staff. Serves as Clerk of the Board and ExOfficio Secretary of the Board of Directors.
