Job Summary

Under supervision of the Human Resources Director, performs a variety of complex technical and professional administrative duties in support of Human Resources programs. Position requires a high degree of independent judgment and confidentiality. Coordinates and organizes recruitment processes and training programs, assists with benefits administration, and maintains confidential personnel records and files.

Main environment is that of an indoor office with moderate noise levels and some exposure to unpleasant wastewater treatment odors. May involve the ability to operate a car and carry items (sometimes heavy) back and forth to meeting locations.
