Boil Water Advisory Lifted

The boil water advisory that was issued for the North Upper Truckee and Chiapa neighborhood on 11/17/20 has been lifted. The tap water is safe to drink. Click the the link for more information.

COVID-19 Rate Relief Program

To assist customers facing financial hardship due to COVID-19, the Board of Directors approved a Rate Relief Program that offers a 50% credit (up to $3,000) to the next quarterly sewer bill. For more information click here

STPUD Waives Late Fees and Service Disconnections

To assist customers during COVID-19, South Tahoe Public Utility District’s Board of Directors just approved waiving late fees for bills due at the end of June and suspending service disconnections for non-payments. For more information click here.

Monthly Payments

Monthly Payments: While your water/sewer bill is due on a quarterly basis, it is easy to set up monthly payments.  You can set up online payments, pay by phone, or set up automatic payments through your bank. There is no fee to pay with a credit card. For more information click here.

New Online Portal for Billing Self-Service and Access

The District’s new eSuite Online Bill Service enables customers to view bills and account information, and submit payments 24/7
