Pay Your Bill

​​We provide a variety of payment options: online bill pay, automatic debit, mail-in and a 24hr dropbox at the exit of our parking lot.

Customer Service Representatives are available M​onday​​​ - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Getting Started:

To sign up customers will need their full Account Number and the exact Customer Name as it appears on the bill.

    Pay By Automatic Debit 

    Sign up to automatically pay your bill from your bank account.

    Fill out and submit the form below with a voided check to our Customer Service Office at 1275 Meadow Crest Drive, South Lake Tahoe CA 96150

    Call 1-888-329-8550  to pay with a credit/debit card

    Please have the following information ready:

    • Account Number located on your bill
    • Your credit card or your checking account and routing numbers

    Once payment is made we will receive an instant notification of your payment and will post it to your account.

    Pay By Mail or 24-hr Dropbox 

    We provide a 24-hour payment drop-box at the exit of our parking lot.
